Poor customer service. Absolutely Trash App.. Bought data twice I was debited and not get any Data. I contacted the support team and I'm yet to receive any Response on WhatsApp. Also please do not use this Application they're scammers and thieves. They do not have an inapp support to help with any queries.

Yes, data is cheap here but I can't recommended this app to anybody, especially if you're a data retailer. The network is so horrible, like...they're always having network issues. I remember the first time I used the app, it took me much struggle to buy data even with the excellent network connection. My experience with this app is very terrible, please don't install it.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app despite its good data services. While the data plans are impressive and reliable, the customer service is extremely poor. I recently performed a transaction where my money was debited, but no data was delivered. I immediately reached out to customer support, but they ignored my messages and provided no assistance in resolving the issue and this is not the first time such thing is happening. It is frustrating
