Yes, data is cheap here but I can't recommended this app to anybody, especially if you're a data retailer. The network is so horrible, like...they're always having network issues. I remember the first time I used the app, it took me much struggle to buy data even with the excellent network connection. My experience with this app is very terrible, please don't install it.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app despite its good data services. While the data plans are impressive and reliable, the customer service is extremely poor. I recently performed a transaction where my money was debited, but no data was delivered. I immediately reached out to customer support, but they ignored my messages and provided no assistance in resolving the issue and this is not the first time such thing is happening. It is frustrating

I must say your data service are one of the best I have been opportune to gain access to, but for improvement aspect, there's need to work on your customer service, for the second time my I have have been deducted for, while trying to purchase data, and I still not get the value for the deduction, like I don't get credited at all, and I can't even get a proper attention from any customer service,you might have millions of users,but if this isn't fixed in a long run, you will loose you customers.
