Ratings and reviews

Trying to change the quantity of an item in the cart wouldn't work. I would try to reduce it from 2 to 1, and pressing 1 was futile; eventually I deleted the item and re-added it. Then on to payment: Although there was only one shipping option available and already checked, every time I tried to pay it asked me to choose a valid shipping option. In the end I gave up. This app is literally customer repellent; I can't believe the company is still in business. Nice things but not worth the grief.

App keeps giving "there's been an error, please try again" message when trying to log in or do anything. I deleted & re-downloaded, cleared cache/data and nothing works. Still gives error message. Problem started a couple of weeks ago. Android version 13. Update 11/18/23: Still giving error message when trying to log in or do anything wirhin the app. Uninstalled & re-downloaded, cleared cache & data... Nothing helps.

END does a good selection of clothes but my gosh, this app is awful. constant crashing, sometimes you get stuck in a loop trying to go 'back' and then quite often it just goes back on its own without any explanation. it's been like this for at least 2 years, maybe more. Sort it out guys. I've finally peeled away from shopping via END due to the inconvenience of this app.
