The Glovebox feature allows policy holders to view and share a PDF version of their contract as well as access the benefits associated with their contract.

Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!!!! I told them when I bought the contract that I had 210k miles, their response was no worries, our contract will cover everything. Now that my truck is in the shop I am stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs because everything I bought the contract for isn't covered at all. Now I have to pay for all of the diagnostics plus labor and any parts that it will take to get my truck back home. I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

I broke down roadside didn't come. The heavy accent of the person who answered created a language barrier and I got frustrated and hung up and flagged down a STRANGER to jump start my car.

This company is a rip off scam artist!!!! Yeah, they say they cover cars up to 20 year's old, but they fail to tell you..if your repairs cost more than your car is worth, they will deny your claim!!! You see, they operate according to the Kelly blue book value!!! No matter how your car looks or how well that you took care of it!!! They ripped me off for $1,000+ dollars in premiums and never did a thing to my car..guess we that have older cars are just paying in, for them to fix the newer ones!!!
