Endurance Mobile and their website are very slow. On both, there is no way to update information. Mobile app dashboard ( home ) is blocked by an update alerts box. This box seems to have no function to remove alerts after reading. It could also use a feature that shows a digital card to show shops. I called support about the alerts, and they had no clue how to remove them. Also, they stated that I was not the only one with this issue. Hope your developers address these issues soon.

hi everyone, I have an account with this company but I canceled my policy few days ago because they are scam they say for sale the policy different and when you need fix car they change they saying they do not cover. look guys becarefull before continuing to your offer because these guys offer you bumper to bumper maintenance repair policy, but they never cover your cars to fix. I lost my money and I do not want any one lost money, like , don't buy a warranty, don't use this company.......

It's the worst company ever when it comes to customer service. Their agent are not trained or capable of doing their job. I have been calling them for weeks for a refund they owe me because they talk wonders about their coverage, which is not so. I paid a whole year for a service that, when I needed it the most, told me that I wasn't covered. Then, they want to go ahead and deduct the mileage fee for the mileage I've driven from when the policy started to when I canceled it. Still no response
