It works well, but some lag and very little options for the year of your vehicles. I have a 2016 Ram but they only list three years with 2021 being the oldest. I also have a Buick Lacrosse and they only list a single year. The features seem to work so far, but I've only had it installed for less than a day.

created an account, says I didn't. tried verifying email, link just takes me to website homepage. in one time and went to register my device, app locks up. try a few more times and tells me my account is locked and contact customer support, so I do. Nobody is there until next day. I work a demanding job and will probably miss the reply. what if my vehicle was stolen and my device was active and I can't get a hold of anybody. I think I bought an expensive paperweight. ):

USELESS!! Constant glitches, crashes and freezing of location, Shows wrong information constantly almost 2 yrs now, I've used 2 other OBD trackers & I honestly have to say this one is the worst! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT, The reviews MUST be AI generated🤔
