Same issue as everyone else. I connected it to Bluetooth but the app is buffering. Very disappointed! I wanted to use this on my trip to Portugal. I will be returning this device. One thing I also noticed is all notifications from this app are blocked and I can't unblock it. The button is muted. I wonder if that could be the reason.

Hardware is nice, packaging is beautiful. The app itself does not work. Same issues as all the other reviews that I am seeing. The device pairs but the connecting screen never goes away. I have removed the app several times and rebooted phone whilst doing this. Nothing worked. Phone shows all permissions granted etc. etc. etc. Glad I bought through Amazon. Will return.

I seem to be having the same problem everyone else is having. I got everything connected except the app is continually searching for a device and doesn't connect with the translator. Just a never-ending buffering. Seems like everyone's having this issue. Maybe somebody could look into it? It's a nice little product if it all worked together. Extremely frustrating to read all the issues with this app and disappointed
