Horrible company! I would give zero stars if I could! You can only get your loan balance by calling their "customer service" number and sitting on hold for quite some time. If you make extra payments, not all of your extra payment will go towards the principle. You cannot get any loan info from logging into your account on their website or from this app. Stay away from this bank!!!!!!!

I work for a large contractor and have been using EnerBank almost exclusively for nearly 5 years. This app is very easy to navigate, the loan products are fantastic and customers can be approved within 5 minutes. A painless procedure that they greatly appreciate. Thanks EnerBank, you make my job much easier.

Worthless!!!!!!!!!!! Can't access loan account to get balance. Also can't access balance through the web site. You can't make a payment and apparently you're not allowed to know your own loan balance. What kind of bank does that???
