The camera I have outside seems to be offline all the time and I have tried everything I can on this to get it back online. I keep getting a high pitched sound telling me its off line so becomes annoying to the neighbours after a while. I have reset it and now I get a bleeping sound every 5 seconds. I think its gone faulty myself and its just out of warranty by 2 weeks. I will now have to take it down and undo all that took my ages to get it installed on my house.

Absolutely ridiculous doesn't ring when someone rings the doorbell. Even better, when you accidentally turn off your router, you have to install the app again to make it work, and even then, it doesn't actually work! I've gone through all the settings on my Samsung phone. My old Chinese doorbell was much better than this. I'm absolutely disappointed with this device.

Doesn't connect. Just displays "Establishing encrypted connection" message but never connects. If you reboot your phone, it will connect for a while then stop. I have a doorbell camera. When somebody presses the doorbell, my phone rings. I press connect but it never connects so if I'm not in, delivery drivers just leave. Which was the whole point of getting the doorbell !! I also have a dome camera. Exactly the same issue. USELESS!!!!!
