I bought the full version about a month and a half ago, but after an update, my purchase disappeared, and I lost access. 'Restore Purchases' didn't work at all. I reset Google Play, reinstalled the app, and my progress was gone. It's asking me to pay again for exercises and AI exercises I've already purchased. The support team is unresponsive. An update could wipe out your money and effort. Think twice before buying.

I bought this product by mistake. I deleted the app right away, and I think thay is enough. However, I still get deducted. I have submitted a request for a refund, please refund me. That was just confusion. Thankyou. --------- I see my refund request has been declined. I'm really disappointed if that's your final decision! I don't use your product but because of the complexity of the payment I still get charged. And you guys didn't handle it properly!
