Engeman® Elea works with the operational side of Engeman®, including work orders (i.e., execution, cancellation, closing, and transfer), collections, reports, requisitions/returns, and material requests.
This module allows the work orders to be executed to be imported into the device, and at any time, the user can export the services performed (collections and/or work orders) or check if any other work orders are ready to be imported.
To import/export records, the device must be connected to an intranet/internet to access the database server via Web Service. Upon completion of the export, the work orders and collections are automatically updated in the Engeman® database, avoiding rework when entering data related to work orders (closing) and collections.
With Engeman® Elea, it is possible to replace the printed Service Order, since through the mobile tool, you will obtain the same data as the Service Order: checklist, equipment information, materials, among other information.
