mobile app no longer working again. latest app app 1.53.07 on S25 Ultra. Ultra is up-to-date and have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, clear data, etc... Trouble is you get kicked out of app. Organization no problem, but after you select the network upon entering inside of the network it's almost as if someone threw you into reverse. It just retracts you from page to page to page in Reverse until you're no longer in the app. There's been two other very similar issues in the past 1 year.

Signs out too often, making notifications unreliable. I would love to know when my customers need attention. I dont understand why the app signs me out every time I look away. I spend more time signing in thn doing work. I had hoped that this would be more like WiFiman + Unifi Network in ome app, alas it is not as good as either as I still need a laptop to do a lot of thr actual work.

Cannot change profile email address, need to delete and add another account, why so difficult?

Thanks for sharing.The email address is the account index in EnGenius Cloud, so you can't change the email address.
