Engicell HRMS is the official mobile workforce app for Engicell Technology Limited employees. It connects securely to our company's Frappe/ERPNext HRMS server and puts day-to-day HR self-service in your pocket — no more emailing forms, no more chasing paperwork.

This app is intended exclusively for active employees, contractors, and authorised personnel of Engicell Technology Limited. Login credentials are issued by our HR team during onboarding. The app does not support public sign-up; if you don't have an Engicell account, this app isn't for you.

• Daily Check-in
Mark your attendance from any approved work location. Optional location tagging confirms on-site presence for field assignments and remote-work compliance.

• Leave Management
View your leave balance across all leave types (casual, sick, earned, unpaid). Submit leave requests, track approvals in real time, and see who on your team is out today.

• Expense Claims
Capture receipt photos straight from your camera, attach them to expense claims, and submit for approval. Track each claim's status from "Submitted" through "Approved" to "Reimbursed".

• Payslip Access
Securely view and download your monthly payslips. Full breakdown of earnings, deductions, taxes, and year-to-date totals — all in one place, available anytime.

• Employee Profile
Keep your personal details, emergency contacts, and identification (National ID/Passport, blood group, etc.) current. View your reporting structure, designation, and department.

• Push Notifications
Receive instant alerts for leave approvals, expense status updates, payroll publication, and company-wide HR announcements.

— SECURE BY DESIGN —

All data is exchanged over HTTPS with Engicell's own HRMS server. Credentials are stored encrypted on your device using Android's secure store; nothing is sent to third-party services. We do not sell, share, or analyse your personal data for advertising — there are no ads in this app.

— REQUIREMENTS —

• An active Engicell HRMS account (provided by HR during onboarding)
• Android 8.0 (Oreo) or newer
• Internet connection to reach portal.engicell.com
• Permissions: Location (for attendance check-in), Camera and Photos (for receipts), Notifications (for HR alerts). All permissions are optional; the app degrades gracefully if any are denied.
