Track, manage, and optimize your electricity and gas consumption with ease using the ENGIE mobile app!
As France's leading supplier of green electricity and natural gas, ENGIE supports you in the energy transition: renewable energy, solar energy, electric cars, self-consumption, etc. ENGIE also helps you adopt eco-friendly actions to improve your daily consumption and protect the planet.
In your customer area, you can track your consumption, view each bill in detail, and easily manage your contract and budget. In addition to these features, discover My Program for Action, the program that rewards your eco-responsible actions.

MONITORING & MANAGEMENT OF CONSUMPTION, BILLS & CONTRACT

On the ENGIE app, you can track, analyze, and adjust your daily energy consumption:

- Compare your consumption
In the "Compare" section, you can view your consumption with that of similar households or at the same time last year, thanks to a smart calculation system.

- Adjust your monthly payments
Compare your actual consumption with the forecast estimate using the simulator, adjust your monthly payments, and plan your budget. You can even run a simulation to anticipate your future expenses.

- 100% manageable contract
Direct debit, online bills, options that can be activated or deactivated from the mobile app.

- Your accessible documents

Download your proof of address, payment schedules, invoices, e-documents, or any information related to your ENGIE account, directly online in your personal space. Clear navigation from one page to another to access all your contracts and services. You can also manage your subscription or view your contract number directly in your ENGIE customer area.

AN APP THAT LETS YOU ACT

With My Action Program, you earn points every time you consume more efficiently, take on eco-challenges, listen to a podcast, read an article on the app, learn more about eco-friendly actions, or participate in contests or quizzes on the energy transition.

A lot of effort clearly gone into this latest redesign... It's a waste of effort for me as despite having Linky meters on several contracts, only one shows up to date consumption info and my requests to fix the other contracts are never dealt with. Data is User Experience too, invest money there!!

Absolute waste of time. Lost 20 minutes trying to set up an account. Doesn't let me get past 'account setup', telling me, "Une erreur est survenue" without saying what the 'erreur' is. Typical Engie lack of communication.
