TwiceTouch is a man down App for the safety of lone workers.
This man-down solution, thanks to the detection and reporting of emergencies, is useful for the protection and localization of people and lone workers.
The App is installed on the operator's smartphone and allows the functionality of a man-down device, capable of sending an alarm (manual or automatic) and locating users in real time, both indoors and outdoors (Link: https://www.twicetouch.com).
In the event of an emergency, the operator simply presses the SOS button to send the request for help and the location coordinates via SMS/GPRS/voice.
The App is also able to automatically detect the absence of movement (man down system) and send an alarm in the event of fainting, falls or accidents (man down function).
For man down emergencies, where the application user may not be able to answer calls from the operations center due to physical problems or other impossibilities, we have introduced the Automatic Answer functionality.
This solution can be combined with "TwiceTouch Manager", a management system that can be used entirely via the web. By accessing your reserved area you can remotely manage devices and configurations and view the positions of your resources, the alarms generated and the related reports (Link: https://www.twicetouch.com/web-manager-formazione-alert-uomo-a-terra/).
