Hello! Just like Alia said, the app is working fine, no issues to login or navigate. Improvements? Like any other (some might think than more than others, but that's Ok for me). It had a lot of issues at the beginning of the year (2026), including no cards available, which was a huge inconvenience because we had no physical ones yet. This app is terrible. First, the image of your insurance card can't be increased in size. If you click on it, it shows an "image cannot be found" error. The app doesn't show how much you've spent towards your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses like my previous insurance app did. It's also very clunky to use v

This company is a complete scam. They still haven't paid an approved claim that's 14 months old, and it's now being sent into collections. They also double-charged my monthly premium several times. Member support is entirely useless. AVOID!!!
