Hello! Just like Alia said, the app is working fine, no issues to login or navigate. Improvements? Like any other (some might think than more than others, but that's Ok for me). It had a lot of issues at the beginning of the year (2026), including no cards available, which was a huge inconvenience because we had no physical ones yet. But now it's working perfectly, and even customer care was great when we needed some support. Best regards,

This app is terrible. First, the image of your insurance card can't be increased in size. If you click on it, it shows an "image cannot be found" error. The app doesn't show how much you've spent towards your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses like my previous insurance app did. It's also very clunky to use v

Worst app. Ever. Remember me does not work. you get lost in the app if you switch tasks. Keeps asking for an update after and update was successfully completed. Non intuitive software garbage. If there was an option for less than one star, this app would have earned it. An unprofessional morass that lacks the complete ability to guide users to using medical insurance efficiently.
