About this app

The EnGrid mobile app allows users to monitor and control their energy system from their phone. It connects to the Enset controller, which collects data from connected devices and manages energy optimisation. Through the app, users can view energy flows (such as solar production, battery status, EV charging, consumption, grid import/export) and selected optimisation strategies.
Enset Controller links solar power plants, energy storage systems, heat pumps, and electric chargers to the EnGrid system. It manages electricity production and consumption, adjusts power draw from the grid, and uses advanced AI algorithms to ensure cost-effective energy use and maximum self-sufficiency.
What we optimize: Control energy strategies, such as self-consumption optimisation, peak shaving, dynamic tariffs, EV charging optimisation or PV export limitation. All of this helps protect your devices, respect grid limits, optimise costs and maximise benefits. Demand Response - When there is more electricity available on the market than is needed, prices can become low or even negative. You can benefit by adapting your energy use or production to match market conditions - using more or less depending on the time. Smart EV Charging - Whether you're at home or at work, your vehicle's battery can be charged in the way that delivers the lowest cost possible. This becomes even more valuable if your company owns and charges multiple vehicles. Supported devices: EnGrid connects to more than 250 devices across 50 brands.
