Ratings and reviews

When I bought the new L20 3.0 pro bike two months ago, the app worked fine. But now, the bike is no longer shown in the app and when I try to reconnect it, I get this message: "This E-Bike Has Already Been Bound and Cannot Be Added Again". However, the bike still seems to be connected to my account because I receive notifications when it is locked and moved, but I do not have access to its settings or location.

the app needs a setting to switch to mph. you can set it on the bike but when you open the app it will switch back to kmh. uk riders need mph. otherwise pretty usefull.

Can't log in. When logging in and entering the confirmation email code it says "Country should not be blank."
