Enigma Logistics is the EnigmaSuite driver app. It displays the routes assigned by dispatch, provides stop-by-stop guidance, and instantly generates proof of delivery—no paperwork or confirmation calls required.

YOUR DAILY ROUTE, IN ORDER
• All your assigned and ongoing routes, plus those you completed in the last 30 days.

• Each stop includes contact information, a phone number for one-tap calls, items, weight, delivery window, reference, and instructions.

• The vehicle assigned to the route and the route number are always visible.

NAVIGATE TO YOUR DESTINATION
• One tap opens your browser with the same route planned by dispatch: if the task includes a pickup, it's automatically included as a stop instead of sending you directly to the delivery location.

COMPLETE PROOF OF DELIVERY
• Who received the package, notes, photo, and signature on screen.

• If something went wrong, specific reasons are provided: no one was home, no access, address not found, refused, damaged goods, business closed.
• Evidence reaches your company instantly; the customer can track their order online.

CHAT WITH DISPATCH WITHOUT LEAVING THE STOP
• Task-based chat with the dispatcher, with photos and files (PDFs, images) from both sides.

• Notification of unread messages along the route and at the exact stop.

• Complete task history, with the same text seen by the office.

CONTINUES TO WORK WITHOUT SIGNAL
• Anything you mark without coverage is saved on the phone and sent automatically as soon as the signal returns. No delivery gets lost in a tunnel or warehouse.

YOUR COMPANY GRANTS YOU ACCESS
This app is for drivers registered by a company that uses EnigmaSuite. There is no public record: your dispatcher creates your account and gives you your email and password. If your email is registered with more than one company, you choose which one to use when you log in.

BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING
While you have a route in progress, the app shares your location with your company's dispatch dashboard, even when the app is closed or running in the background. This allows the office to know where the shipment is going, for the customer to receive real-time arrival notifications, and for the route to be recorded. Android displays a persistent notification while tracking is active, and tracking turns off when the route is completed or when you leave your work area. Location data is not collected when the app is installed but not running a route.
