Put Bhagwan first, every day. Sadhana Lock is a devotional app blocker for Hindu devotees. Set your daily sadhana times, and when you open a distracting app, Sadhana Lock pauses it until you chant your mantra on a japa mala or read a Bhagavad Gita verse.
🕉️ SADHANA TIMES
Choose when you sit each day: Pratah sandhya at dawn, Madhyahna at noon, Sayam sandhya at dusk, or your own times. At each time you get a gentle reminder, and your chosen apps pause until you have prayed.
📿 JAPA MALA & FAMOUS MANTRAS
Tap a bead for each repetition, from 11 up to a full 108-bead mala. Pick your Ishta Devta and mantra:
• Gayatri Mantra and Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra, open to everyone
• Krishna: Hare Krishna Maha Mantra, Om Namo Narayanaya
• Radha Rani: Radhe Radhe, Radhe Krishna
• Shri Ram: Shri Ram Jai Ram, Sita Ram
• Mahadev: Om Namah Shivaya
• Hanuman ji: Manojavam, Om Hanumate Namah
• Maa Durga: Ya Devi Sarvabhuteshu
• Ganesh ji: Vakratunda Mahakaya
• Maa Lakshmi, Om Shanti and Asato Ma Sadgamaya
For Vaishnav, Shaiva, Shakta and Smarta traditions.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE
Sadhana Lock uses the Android Accessibility Service API (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) for its core feature: pausing the apps you choose. The service is used only to:
• Detect when an app you chose to pause comes to the foreground
• Show the sadhana screen in front of that app until your japa or verse is done
The service only receives the name of the app that opened. It cannot read the text, messages or content on your screen, and it performs no actions for you. No personal or sensitive data is collected, stored off the device or shared through this service. You can turn it off at any time in Android Settings › Accessibility.
PERMISSIONS AND WHY THEY ARE NEEDED
1. Accessibility Service (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE): detects when an app you chose to pause opens.
2. Display over other apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): shows the sadhana screen over a paused app.
3. Usage access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): shows your screen time inside the app and confirms which app is open. These numbers never leave your phone.
4. See installed apps (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): lists the apps on your phone so you can choose which ones to pause. The list is never uploaded.
5. Alarms & reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): starts your sadhana times at the exact minute you set, for example 6:00 am for Pratah sandhya.
6. Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): sends your sadhana time reminders. Never ads or promotions.
7. Run at startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): restores your sadhana times and paused apps after your phone restarts.
8. Vibration (VIBRATE): a gentle tap for each bead of your mala.
Sadhana Lock does not use device administrator permission and cannot stop you from uninstalling it. You can uninstall it at any time like any other app.
