it keeps telling me to update the app and I update the app and it still brings me back in circles and sends me back to the Play store app update even though I've updated it. so far this experiment of disloyalty has been a complete and utter failure with no real bargains and excessive charges and fees.

Unfortunately, the Dis-loyalty membership is a bit of a scam. Used it in London for a nice discount on my room booking, so it started off fine, but then I booked a restaurant in Dubai participating in Dis-Loyalty, and they refused to accept the 10% discount on lunch for unknown reasons. Customer care is responding quickly but is unable to resolve it, so I just decided to cancel my membership and book somewhere else in the future. A bit of a shame. Edit: I had items on the a la carte menu??

Cancels Bookings taken under current membership and tells you to read the terms and conditions. There is no warning during the booking process so rather forced on you - either renew or lose your booking. I booked months ahead and was then told they would cancel my booking two weeks before my stay unless I renewed - I refused to but as it was so close to my travel dates, ended up paying more than if I had originally just booked outside of disloyalty. Will not renew out of principle.

Hey Nico, thanks for your review. When a membership gets cancelled, any future bookings will be cancelled automatically. This is clearly stated in the renewal email, as well as in the T&Cs. We appreciate your feedback and will be reviewed.
