Searching for hotels (selecting dates, scrolling through rooms...) is extremely laggy and choppy and therefore unusable. Considering this is the core function of this app, there is some serious work to do. I read the same complaint by many others on TrustPilot. I also can't seem to change the currency displayed - it's stuck in pounds, where I am EU based. At minimum a default to my phone's system language and location settings is expected.

Stop asking me to accept the (optional) face ID method. I don't want to have pictures of my face on a hotel booking app! The pop-up is, not exaggerating, every 5 seconds. Aside from that, I regularly use the membership for coffees around town and discount at hotels. But using the app with the constant face registration prompt is becoming a headache. Please stop harassing your members like that

Unfortunately, the Dis-loyalty membership is a bit of a scam. Used it in London for a nice discount on my room booking, so it started off fine, but then I booked a restaurant in Dubai participating in Dis-Loyalty, and they refused to accept the 10% discount on lunch for unknown reasons. Customer care is responding quickly but is unable to resolve it, so I just decided to cancel my membership and book somewhere else in the future. A bit of a shame. Edit: I had items on the a la carte menu??
