Are you over 50 and want to get in shape? Enola is your place. We put at your disposal personalized trainings, workshops, live classes and many more activities.
We want to accompany you on the path to improving your quality of life and, therefore, we will be at the foot of the canyon every day to motivate you and help you meet your goals. Also, it does not matter if you have been practicing sports all your life or if you have never exercised. At Enola we adapt 100% to you to offer you a training of the highest quality.
To use Enola you will not need to go to the gym or have sports equipment. You can do the exercises from home or wherever you feel most comfortable. The most important thing is that you have a great dose of motivation and we will do the rest. In Enola there is no time to give up (or get bored).

🩺 Medical team
Enola's team of cardiologists, orthopedists, physiotherapists and professional trainers is in charge of planning your training. In order for it to adjust to your health and physical conditions, we will make you a short questionnaire, in which we will take into account your level of physical activity, if you have had injuries, and your lifestyle.
This medical questionnaire helps us to assign you a training 100% adapted to your needs and to guarantee that the exercises you do are safe for your health.
Once you download our app, you will see the option to take the test. It won't take you more than five minutes!

💪 Personalized training
After taking the medical questionnaire, our medical and sports team assigns you a training according to the level you have obtained. What does this training consist of?
- 3 sports sessions a week. Each session lasts between 15 and 20 minutes and contains 4 exercises. In each session, we perform warm-up and stretching blocks.
- Exercises that work upper body, lower body, balance and strength are combined.
- The weekly plan can include sports activities such as Pilates or Zumba classes.

🧘‍♀️ Workshops
You will have access to complementary activities to your personalized training plan, so that you can get the most out of our app.
- The workshops are thematic sessions that work on a part of the body. You will learn to strengthen the pelvic floor, release cervical tension, gain mobility in the hip, smooth wrinkles through facial yoga ... and much more!
- Each workshop is made up of between four and eight sessions, which you can watch at your own pace and whenever you want.
- You can sign up for all the workshops you want and have unlimited access to each of them.

You can take classes at the same time as our coaches and the rest of the people who are connected. solve any questions you have about health and sports.

Every day you will find a tip, recommendation or curiosity about healthy habits for you to incorporate into your day to day. Knowledge does not take place!
