Event Map: A map of events and festivals in Korea found by date.

"Is there a festival worth visiting this weekend?", "What's happening in my neighborhood today?"

This is an event search app that instantly displays ongoing events, festivals, and performances on a map with just a single date selection.

It retrieves nationwide event, festival, and performance information registered in the Korea Tourism Organization's public data (TourAPI KorService2) based on the date, and displays the status (In Progress, Nearing End, Scheduled, Ended) at a glance using color markers.

Key Features

Date-based Search

Select a date from the calendar, and the events active on that day are displayed simultaneously on the map and in the list.

Identify "where and what is happening on this day" at a glance.

Status Color Markers

Distinguishes a 4-level hierarchy: In Progress (Red), Nearing End (Orange), Scheduled (Blue), and Ended (Gray).

Designed with white outlines and shadows for instant recognition on any map background.

Event Card

Compresses representative image, title, D-day, period, and location into a single card.

For events without images, visual balance is maintained using a 5-type gradient fallback based on contentId.

Event Details

Header Gallery, Period/Location/Fee/Performance Time, Host/Organizer, Program,

Side Events, Website — Neatly displays only fields found in public data by section.

Automatically cleans up HTML tags within text.
