frustrating to use, annoying to find what I need in the UI. Regularlyity of needing to sign in seems an unessisay hoop to jump thru to try and do simple tasks.

Half the time I try to login, the app crashes. Usually have to delete and re-download but recently that doesn't work anymore

Got charged as fast and as easy as possible, but I can not request a refund or delete my account from their database. What kind of service is this?
