Dormitory Laundry is a free application designed for students living in KYK dormitories, allowing you to see the status of washing machines live on your phone.

Instead of going downstairs to check if it's empty, instantly see which machines are empty, which are full, and when the full ones will finish, all from your phone.

FEATURES

• LIVE STATUS — Real-time status of all machines in blocks and floors: empty, in use, expired, faulty.

• PROGRAM-BASED DURATION — Select washing/drying programs from popular brands like Beko, Arçelik, Bosch; the duration is calculated automatically.

• NOTIFY ME WHEN EMPTY — Star the machine you're waiting for and receive a notification when it's empty. No more waiting in front of the laundry room.

• REMINDER SYSTEM — You can send a "take your laundry" reminder to the owner of a machine whose time is up, preventing the washing machine from remaining unnecessarily full. If the owner doesn't respond, they are freed by a vote.

• FAULTY MACHINE — Mark the broken machine so everyone can see it from the start.

• MY HISTORY — Sessions you started, when they ended, durations.

• NO LOGIN — No email, password, or registration. Anonymous, fast, simple.

80 other provinces and 150+ KYK dormitories in Türkiye are on the list; real data flow
will be activated over time. If you want your dormitory activated,

WHY THIS APP?

Washing machines in KYK dormitories are always full. Instead of wasting time looking for an empty machine, wouldn't it be great if you and your roommate could see which machine on which floor is in what condition? That's what this application is for.

PRIVACY

We do not collect any personal data. A unique, anonymous ID is generated for the device (no login required). Only washing machine status information is stored on Firebase.
