Ratings and reviews

The app is ok for looking at transactions and paying bills. Check deposit, OCR software is from 1990 and every pic I take it has an error. I can read it clear as day though, so definitely software issue. No longer getting notifications of any kind. No app push notifications, no email, none. Definitely needs work.

Access with fingerprint keeps being deleted. I have called & was told that it is my phone. I have another account that uses fingerprint access without any problems. I just deleted app, reinstalled, set up fingerprint & it then disabled that option. Also, credit card info, other than a balance is not displayed, you have to go to another site. I was sent an email after the call, I responded & they haven't gotten back on that. Nice folks but the app sux!

This app is fine. Pretty much just fine- definitely not great. Trying to deposit checks via mobile banking almost always, without fail, gives me issues. I've had the app for years and have had this issue the whole duration of that time. Plus, it gets glitchy a lot. Everything else is servicable but these bugs can make it kind of a pain sometimes.
