About the App :
Centrum Housing Enterprise is the internal home loan origination app of Centrum Housing Finance Ltd. It helps our relationship managers and field teams manage each home loan application from the first customer lead through to verification.

The app is for authorised Centrum Housing Finance employees and representatives only. Access requires organisation-issued login credentials. It cannot be used by the general public, and customers cannot apply for loans through it.

What field teams can do:
- Capture and manage home loan leads
- Add details of applicants, co-applicants and guarantors
- Record property information and capture location-tagged site visit photos for verification
- Complete application verification steps as part of the loan process
- Record and track login fee payments collected from applicants
- Track application progress, open queries and pending actions
- View dashboards and lead status summaries
- Get notifications on lead updates and workflow actions

About the lending
All home loans are sanctioned and disbursed by Centrum Housing Finance Ltd., a registered Housing Finance Company. The app is used only to source and process secured home loan applications. It does not offer personal loans, lines of credit or any unsecured credit, and it does not disburse funds.
