Inconsistent! It works on my android for a few months, and it's great, then it won't open for a good while. Customer service doesn't help because "it works on their phone"...I'm becoming a professional at the "Ununinstall, reinstall, power down, restart... still doesn't work" tango.. Whatever "upgrades" they do, don't seem to change anything except the ability to work on my phone. I love the bank!!! The app..... not so much.

Extremely Outdated. It has most of the things you'd need nowadays on a banking app. unfortunately, it's still extremely lacking when it comes to the interface of the app. they really need to change the layout of the app because it's not the most intuitive. sometimes it doesn't even work that well, the app won't let me log into my account sometimes saying it can't get my information or there's some sort of error. one of the most infuriating things is not being able to find zelle within the app.

Loved this app before! Not sure if it was just updated or what, but for the last few weeks nothing on the sign in screen is able to be pressed. Can't type, can't sign in, nothing, so it is completely unusable. Five stars for before when it was working, but I'm forced to give it just 1 for now in its current state. Please fix it!
