Inconsistent! It works on my android for a few months, and it's great, then it won't open for a good while. Customer service doesn't help because "it works on their phone"...I'm becoming a professional at the "Ununinstall, reinstall, power down, restart... still doesn't work" tango.. Whatever "upgrades" they do, don't seem to change anything except the ability to work on my phone. I love the bank!!! The app..... not so much.

Extremely Outdated. It has most of the things you'd need nowadays on a banking app. unfortunately, it's still extremely lacking when it comes to the interface of the app. they really need to change the layout of the app because it's not the most intuitive. sometimes it doesn't even work that well, the app won't let me log into my account sometimes saying it can't get my information or there's some sort of error. one of the most infuriating things is not being able to find zelle within the app.

Constant difficulty signing in, especially on weekends. Something is always wrong, error messages, please call us messages. If I had time to call about my account I wouldn't need the app.... Also fingerprint log in hardly ever works, and I know it's not my phone, because it works fine for everything else, just not this app.
