**My Order Portal – Admin** is the management app for restaurant owners who use MyOrderPortal. Run your store from one place: view and manage orders, update your menu, control pickup and delivery, set hours, and manage rewards, promo codes, and gift cards.
**Sign in**
Log in with your MyOrderPortal username and password to access your restaurant’s admin area. After login, you land on the main Orders screen.
**Orders – one screen, full control**
A single Orders screen shows all orders in your selected date range. Use the filters to switch between:
• **Open** – Orders not yet completed or cancelled (default view)
• **Completed** – Finished orders
• **Cancelled** – Cancelled orders
• **All** – Every order in the range
Choose start and end dates to load orders for that period. Sort and refresh as needed. When your store is not accepting pickup orders, a banner appears so you can turn orders back on from Store Status. New orders can trigger an optional sound so you don’t miss them.
**Order actions**
From the list, complete an order to capture payment, or open it for full details. Order details open in a dedicated full-screen view where you can:
• View full order information
• **Print order** – Send the order to the printer again
• **Cancel** – Cancel the order
• **Charge** – Add a charge to the order
• **Void** – Void part of the order
A report for the selected date range gives you totals, counts, and summary information for your orders.
**Settings hub**
All restaurant settings are grouped in a Settings hub. From here you can jump to:
**Store**
• **Store details** – Edit store name, address, and phone number
• **Store status** – Turn pickup and delivery on or off. When delivery is on, set delivery fee, max delivery distance (miles), and minimum delivery order amount
**Hours**
• **Hours** – Set pickup and delivery hours for each day of the week
• **Special hours & closures** – Set special hours and close the store on specific dates
**Order settings**
• **Order settings** – Minimum order amount, pay-later option, and related order rules
• **Delivery settings** – Delivery-specific options
• **Order estimates** – Estimated completion times for pickup and delivery
**Menu & offers**
• **Menu** – Edit menu items: name, price, status, size, category, subcategory, available times, order type, description, and extras. Search and expand by category to edit items
• **Rewards program** – Manage reward tiers and items. Customers earn points per dollar spent; set tiers and point costs for rewards
• **Discounts** – Configure discount and promotion settings
• **Promo codes** – View and edit active and inactive promo codes; set redemption limits so a code stops working after a set number of uses
• **Gift cards** – View active and inactive gift cards; edit remaining balance on active cards
**Printer**
• **Printer queue** – See and manage orders sent to your printer
**Account**
• **Logout** – Sign out with a confirmation step
The app is built for **landscape** use (e.g. tablets) so you can run your restaurant from the counter or back office with a clear, organized layout.
