Ratings and reviews

Disappointing. Coupons self destruct after viewing so you can't reuse them. This wouldn't be an issue if the coupons didn't fail to load so then you can't use them at all! There isn't any recovery system in place for when this happens just a "sorry we're experiencing an outage" screen. No ability to cancel membership on the app. Theme park and movie tickets still give the limited time warning even though it doesn't apply to them. Overall just not a smooth experience so I can't recommend it.

A couple times we have given up trying to download a coupon at a cash register, so when we're holding up other customers, we just pay the as if we didn't even have the app. Then, a short while later, we get a text or email asking us how we enjoyed the restaurant and if we'd rate our experience. Pretty frustrating. That being said, slowly the app is getting better. When it works, it's wonderful.

The app doesn't let us log in. The website has horrible filters that don't work at all. We look for 50% off dining coupons. The only ones that come up are 5 or $10 off, not worth the price paid. Also the filters suggest restaurants that are over 5,000 mi away. A bug. There is no proximity filter to limit the number of miles. The entertainment book used to be good in the '90s when every restaurant offered 50% off, but on this app, they are nowhere to be found.
