The new app has deleted all my favourites. Finding deals by location is now restricted to ONLY those close by. Planning ahead for a meal where you will be at some later time is therefore impossible. Also, finding deals only by the categories of 'new', 'nearby' or 'popular' makes finding anything at all I might want to use is amazingly difficult. This app is unusable and I'll not be repeating any entertainment book purchases

Hi Kelsey, we released an update that includes a location setting feature, the option to view your offers in a list, smart sorting + simplified search that makes browsing & redeeming easier! Sometimes the app won't open. I called their customer service the first time and was told it was because an update was needed. I went to the Play Store and "update" was highlighted. BUT one wouldn't know this unless customer service was called so if a person didn't know to call or called when cs was closed then they would lose out on their discount. Four times in 2 years when the app wouldn't open I've by habit learned to simply do an update. There should be a default notification stating this.

Terrible app unless you have 20 minutes to spare for it to open, and are happy that it falls over halfway through most of your searches. Get entertainment book but buy the book instead of the unreliability of the app.
