Best Seed to Sale Software hands down. The customer support team goes above and beyond to help assist with issues all throughout the day. The engineers are always improving the experience for their clients and the in app updates, barcode scanner and offline mode are top notch. This app is extremely fast compared to Metrc who in which Canix is integrated with. I would recommend Canix to anyone needing track and trace software in the Cannabis industry.

I was sold on what it is not. Then I've requested cancellation a few time to no accomplishment and now just got charged again for another month and I've not used this one time. It's a joke. Even the person who do the training classes didnt know what they are doing or how to use the system, showed up late to a phone meeting and had a ton of back ground noise at home. I get being busy but schedule it for when you have time. Overall very un professional company. Not pleased at all.

This app was a game changer for our business. We were able to automate our metrc, and save hours every day on data entry. It helped us scale our operation, I would recommend to anyone looking to scale a grow.
