About this app

Two homes, one childhood. Entrelares organizes life for separated parents: one shared calendar shows who has the child today, who takes over next, and the handoff time for each day.

WHO HAS THE CHILD TODAY
Open the app and the answer is on the first screen. The month calendar colors each caregiver's days, and shows the handoff time whenever the child changes homes.

SWAPS BOTH SIDES APPROVE
Need to trade a day? Propose the swap with a short message ("doctor's appointment at 2pm") — nothing moves on the calendar until the other caregiver agrees. Whoever answers can reply with a note, and all of it is recorded. If nobody answers in time, the request is approved automatically — and a reminder comes first, with the exact day and time.

NOTICES AND DAY ACCOUNTS
Something came up today? Send the other caregiver a notice ("running 15 minutes late"). Once the day has passed, add a day account: what happened stays attached to that day and is never edited — a correction becomes a new account, and both are kept.

A HISTORY NO FAMILY MEMBER CAN REWRITE
Every calendar change is recorded: who asked, who approved, and the messages they exchanged. No family member can edit or delete the history. On the Premium plan, export a PDF report of any period with the full timeline, verifiable by QR code.

PERIOD SUMMARY
See how many days each caregiver had — planned and actual —, how many swaps each one gave up and received, and the projected balance including the future swaps already agreed on.

THE CHILD'S AGENDA
Leave notes on a day for the other home. On Premium, the child's full agenda: school, health, medicine and activities, with routines and reminders.

EXPENSES AND CHAT
On Premium, shared expenses, with each settlement confirmed by whoever receives it, and the family Chat: permanent, with read receipts.

MORE PEOPLE IN THE ROUTINE
Grandparents, a nanny or another caregiver can join the family with their own role, invited by e-mail by the administrators; caregivers beyond the free plan's limit join with Premium. And a Viewer follows along without taking part: sees the calendar, the agenda and the reports, and changes nothing.

ALWAYS UP TO DATE
With the app open, the calendar updates in real time: requests, approvals and changes appear without a reload. With the app closed, requests, approvals, notices and reminders arrive as phone notifications.
