Entrycondo is an application designed to manage and control access to condominiums securely, efficiently, and digitally using QR codes, facilitating communication between residents and security guards.

👤 For Residents

Residents can generate access passes using QR codes for:

• Visitors

• Suppliers

• Events

Each QR code can be configured with specific rules such as:

• Validity date and time

• Permitted days

• Usage limit

This allows for precise and secure control over each access pass.


QR codes can be:

Shared directly from the app (for example, via WhatsApp)

Saved on the resident's phone

In addition, the resident can:

View the usage history of all their QR codes

See how many times each QR code was used

Identify successful and failed accesses (expired QR codes or codes with insufficient uses)

Filter records by date range

View the individual history of each QR code

Delete QR codes when they are no longer needed

Every time a security guard scans a QR code, the resident receives a notification on their phone, letting them know exactly when their visitor arrived at the gate. You can also receive notifications when access without a QR code is registered to your residence, so you are aware in real time of all registered accesses.

🛡️ For Security Guards

Security guards can:

• Scan QR codes from the app to validate access

• Immediate QR code validation indicating whether access is valid or not

In cases where a visitor arrives without a QR code or without prior notice, the security guard can:

• Manually register access from the app

• Capture visitor data

• Maintain control and record of unscheduled visits

The security guard can also view their complete access history, including:

• Accesses registered via QR code

• Accesses registered manually without a QR code

ℹ️ Important Information

To use Entrycondo, the service must be previously contracted by a condominium administrator at
👉 entrycondo.com. From there, the administrator can register security guard and resident users to use the app.
