Horrible app. The developer needs to go back to coding school. To start with when you first install the app & launch it you are not given the option to set set up a new account. When you click help you are asked to pick an operating system. When you pick Android you are presented with the iPad how to.. I mean come on people!

I never really write detailed reviews but envera "guards" are the absolute the worst people ever. So I got a new car still waiting on my new tag since they are not transferable. I went on the app change the necessary details. So when I got to the gate I had to use the visitor side and had to in my ID which I did. The person asked where I going I said I am going home my address is listed on ID and the karen was rude and denied access to my own home and I answered all her ridiculous questions.

A lot of problems with gate, license flying out of the kiosk under the car, sometimes long wait for employees on the kiosk & the app.
