About this app

A WAV to MP3 converter that works inside your phone or tablet. Pick the files, set the output, and the app converts them without uploading anything to a server.

It is built for people who need more than a single button: voice recordings and podcasts, demos and mixes, interviews and long notes that take up too much room as WAV.

SIX PRESETS
Balanced, Voice, Small file, High quality V0, Maximum compatibility and Maximum CBR 320. Each one tells you what it does before you apply it.

ENCODER CONTROL
- VBR or CBR, up to 320 kbps
- VBR quality V0 to V9 and encoder quality 0 to 9
- Sample rate from 8 kHz to 48 kHz, or automatic
- Mono, stereo, joint stereo or automatic

MEASURED LOUDNESS
Before converting, the app analyses the file and shows integrated loudness in LUFS, true peak in dBTP and the recommended gain. Normalize to peak −1 dB, to −14 LUFS or to the podcast target.

TRIMMING AND FADES
Set the start and end on the waveform, add fade in and fade out, and preview the selection. The original WAV file is left untouched.

ID3 TAGS
Title, artist, album, year, track, genre, comment and cover art. The image is optimised on the device itself during conversion.

BATCH CONVERSION
Add several files or a folder and they are converted in a queue, one after another, with the progress of every phase: preparing, analysing, encoding and verifying. Cancel at any time.

CHECKED RESULT
Every MP3 is reopened and verified before it is accepted. If a conversion fails, the partial file is deleted.

HISTORY
Play, share, save or move, rename and re-convert from the history, which stays accessible even if the subscription lapses.

INPUT FILES
WAV in RIFF, RIFX, RF64, W64 and the extensible variant. Conversion is streamed, so it handles very long recordings without loading them entirely into memory.

PRIVACY
Audio, file names and metadata never leave the device. There is no account, no profile, no advertising and no tracking. A connection is used only for the purchase and the subscription renewal.

TABLET READY
The interface adapts to large screens, showing the file list and the editor at the same time.

SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription unlocks starting new conversions, with weekly, monthly and annual plans and a 3-day trial subject to eligibility. Billing goes through your Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it from your Google Play subscriptions.
