The app is awesome and works really well. The only issue I have is when making an internal transfer, I have to manually enter my password again. I appreciate the security, but since my phone has a fingerprint sensor, I rarely ever enter my passwords and I usually forget what this one is. I usually spend some time resetting it on the computer, which is a little frustrating, but otherwise, this app is fantastic!

I can't log in says can't valadate my information. Your app sucks! Doesn't save my information. When I type my correct information in says it's wrong. Now I'm locked out. Of course you're closed. Can't get anyone on the phone. Had my fingerprint set up, that was gone. I'm done with this credit union. 20 years and I can't wait to close my account!

Only complaint is having to enter my password when doing an internal transfer. I honestly wouldn't mind it as much if requesting an external but since I use my fingerprint to access my acccount I usually have to spend time trying to remember my password.
