Terrible experience. Should have known when I had to call 2 times to get insurance verified was going to be a nightmare. When I went to pickup the vehicle the pickup lot was in the sleaziest strip club parking lot in Las Vegas. After attempting to open the door with the provided app unsuccessfully I tried to reach the agent as well as the central eon "emergency" line both of which went to voicemail. I eventually gave up. Only redeeming factor was that they gave me a refund.

eager customer support to get you started, but once you have issues or dispute, customer service is non-existent. Will uninstall app. Do not recommend.
