Very disappointed with the recent experience. While the airtime-to-cash feature is okay, the transaction fees are way too high compared to standard banking apps. The biggest problem is the Virtual Naira Card—it's essentially useless. I funded it, but it got rejected on the Play Store, and I can't even find the Card PIN within the app to verify transactions on third-party sites like Carry1st. ​It feels like a waste of money to fund a card you can't actually use. Support needs to address this ASAP

The fees they charge for transfer is too high. For an App that promises usage without data which I consider false advertising, you can't connect without data. Also, the devoper is using a palm pay account. It's either this is a Palm pay Subsidiary or just individual.

This app is so disappointing, I can't buy card,data even to withdraw the money back this app is not working the way is been hyped.I need my money back, it was said that it dose use data but is a lie big one.if you re doing like this just to get customers or downloader so that you can achieve your goal think of another day where you will later do something real and people will not believe you because if the first thing you did the way you turn their trust down this app is 1 %
