Avoid this app..I downloaded Eonace because of its promises of reliable service and easy payments. After creating my account and virtual card, I deposited money to use it for online purchases. However, my card payment was declined, and instead of helping me, the app charged me fees. My transactions show charges of ₦688 for a declined card transaction and ₦1,417 system/card charges, even though I did not successfully complete my purchase. This experience feels unfair and misleading. Be careful

I've been using this app, no problem but recently it stopped working, customer care is not replying at all, I'll click on continue after typing the amount of data I want, then put password, it'll load a lil n take me back to continue, it's not good, for days now n customer care is not responding

I recharged #2K twice and only the 1st was acknowledged. My OPAY did a check and said you guys received both the #2K twice. I contacted your customer service unit via WhatsApp with proof of the 2 transactions and no response came till Date 😮- that most fraudulent
