The data price is good But i don't really understand why when i top up it takes some time to reflect. Another thing is the account number being changed everytime when we want to top up there can be a lot of mistakes. Another thing is the customer service,I know that it's a human being that's replying and you have other things to do but why snub it's not really nice of you guys I'll send a message and before they'll reply i have to send another message please the customer service should improve

Very disappointed with the recent experience. While the airtime-to-cash feature is okay, the transaction fees are way too high compared to standard banking apps. The biggest problem is the Virtual Naira Card—it's essentially useless. I funded it, but it got rejected on the Play Store, and I can't even find the Card PIN within the app to verify transactions on third-party sites like Carry1st. ​It feels like a waste of money to fund a card you can't actually use. Support needs to address this ASAP

I should have reviewed 5 star but I'm doing 4 because the data plans are not too cheap but the best part is that you can access your balance, top up airtime and data and even send money to someone while offline
