0 rating, no support for issues encountered in the app and they don't have alternative processes even through going through other channels - email, call, in-person visit at their happiness centre.

I think Damac is the worst of all the developers in UAE. Their main problem is their collection process where they look at you as someone who borrowed money from them and you have to pay back, with shark interest of course.. You feel you are dealing with a bank or a shark loaner and you owe them money, not a developer that you are paying him UPFRONT to build something for you using your money and charge you profit on top! shameful

None of my tickets get resolved. it shows in progress but nothing happens. it seems there is no accountability for the raised tickets. With no other option I had to visit their office to address the issues. The app is useless.
