I've been using this app for the last 6 months trying to update my car plate details as ghey ensisted to install a plate recognition system that they are not able to manage! from Septemeber till today (march) I only receive messages saying that the concerned department is taking care of my issue.. 6 months, sugar coated responses with ZERO process or facts... Bad App, bad support, bad building management!!!!!

worst app in the universer. they block me out of my own appartment more than 4 times and force me to manually reenter all details. also not a safe app as sometimes they delete ur personal data. also this 100% reflect what damac app is all.about. imagine having an app that for 5 years living same place still does not function, still dont allow vehicle registration, and has until.now taken me 18 visits to the reception where i spent averagely 30 mins each time. u do the math5 years struggling.

the appropriate is not usefull any more for me. It always shows me one page ! I deleted it several times but no way . The support group is not responding and still cant pay my service charge. This wasn't happening before.

What’s new

Introducing milestone level activity tracking for the prominent service requests. The feature will now allow customer to view how many milestones to be completed in terms of closure of the request and the present status of the request.
