Ratings and reviews

Same app shows different features in different android mobile phones. It shows quick login feature with biometrics in one of my phone while there is no such option in other phone. When reported to customer care, they mentioned there is no such option as login with biometrics in Damac Living app and hence UAE pass can be used. Please update the software. PS - Biometric option is available in Moto Edge 40 but not available in Samsung S24 ultra

The app has a good interface. But asks to update the app everytime i open it. It is really annoying!

Damac group if you paid extra on your unit bought are not returning the money if you have an extra payment done to them for buying your unit they give you hard time returning back the money literally you have to beg them and pursue them still they will not give back the money but if you are late in paying any of your installment for your maintenance fee they will send you a legal notice as well as fine. So much double standards. shameful the way they have been dealing with me.
