Application showed all service charges are paid, I suddenly received a legal notice that I did not pay service charges. I did not receive a confirmation of the payment when I paid the the service charges through the application. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USE THE APPLICATION FOR PAYMENTS AND DO NOT RELY ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN. Damac customer service admitted the mistake but they did not correct

Awful app. Takes far too long to load, keeps kicking me out, saying "session expired" just after I log in. It is a bloated and confusing mess and DAMAC should be embarrassed that it has their name on it.

dislike everything about it, when you want something done quickly to have to go via an app to lodge every single issue (and there are a great many with these apartments) it is beyond frustrating
