About this app

EosLog runs your service business from your phone, so you can manage jobs, crews, and clients between job sites instead of from a desk. It works for cleaning and janitorial companies, handyman services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and lawn care, pressure washing, pest control, and other trades.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See today's work at a glance. Know what's scheduled, who's assigned, where each job is, and how much revenue is on the books.
• Clock in and out with GPS, so employee timesheets show where work happened, not just when. Multi-stage time tracking (traveling, on site, working, done) gives you accurate labor data with no paperwork.
• Review the whole crew's hours in one place. Team timesheets show hours per person for the week, flag anything still unapproved, and let you approve entries from your phone before payroll.
• Open any job to see the full picture: client contact, address with one-tap directions, services and line items, description, tasks, and notes. Call, text, email, or send an "on my way" message right from the job screen.
• Keep your client list in order. Residential and commercial accounts include addresses, contacts, tags, and a full job history.
• Plan your week in the Schedule view and see what's coming up by day without scrolling a long list.
• Send quotes, estimates, and invoices without switching apps, and track which invoices are paid, sent, or overdue.
• Add photos at the job site for before-and-after shots, damage reports, or proof of completion.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

Most field service management software was designed for a desk and a web browser. EosLog was built for the phone first. Buttons are sized for thumb reach, and every screen assumes you're in a truck or on site. It fits solo operators who do everything themselves, small shops where one admin schedules a few workers, and larger crews with a dedicated dispatcher.

WORKS WITH THE EOSLOG WEB APP

The mobile app pairs with the EosLog web app at eoslog.com, so your data stays in one place. A job you create on your phone shows up on the web dashboard, and a job your office schedules shows up on your crew's phones within seconds.

HOW WE HANDLE LOCATION AND PHOTOS

• Precise GPS is recorded only when you tap "Clock In," "Clock Out," or "Mark Arrived" on a job. It is never collected in the background or used to track you off the clock.
• Camera and photo access is used only when you attach a photo to a job.
• Crash reports remove authorization headers, passwords, tokens, and signatures on your device before anything is sent.
