The MoveMan Job app has been designed to simplify operations and enhance productivity, allowing your crew to view the schedule of jobs assigned to individual crew members from MoveMan and see the details on each job. Within each individual job, the crew can update the job times from leaving the depot, arriving on-site to finishing the job and getting back to the depot.
The powerful app also allows the crew to view all the materials needed for the job, see any job notes and enter any vehicle defects. Photos of damaged items can be captured by the crew which will be emailed back to the office on completion. Custom PDF forms can be added for internal policy compliance and enhancing the crew's daily work.
At the end of the job, the crew can easily collect job performance and get a digital sign off from the customer and crew for each stage of the job. All this is then emailed back to the office helping you to go paperless.
