It's rejecting ID cards for verification. work on it and I will give a 5 star rating. it can be frustrating and annoying with unnecessary error messages that are not true because my ID card is very clear. No customer support to contact for complaints 😞

please what is wrong with your company. you are not organized in any form... you just added CUSTOMER SERVICE to your app and NOBODY is responding. what is going on here eh. you delay people's payments and there is still nobody to complain to...I think it's time I stop using your app before I start hearing stories of my monies and I will tell every single person I know to stop patronizing your company.
