update: the biometric login is working normally again. The app covers most of what you can do on the web, minus a longer history of usage. Does make it easy to report an outage and monitor repair progress. They made a significant update to the app and now the biometric sign in didn't work. If this is fixed, we'll be back to five stars.

When you try to report a Fiber outage it defaults to reporting an energy outage instead. No work around. Then the energy guys call you and tell you it has happened to others using the app as well so you have to call in the report instead. Also, multiple times when trying to sign in to the app it doesn't recognize my password so I have to reset it.

Older version was far better I had zero complaints about the version of the app from a few years back. The worst part is that you have to log in every time you open the app. Beyond that the stats on usage do not display as nicely as the older version. Disappointing from a company that is otherwise so great!

You can now simply swipe down on your dashboard to instantly refresh your account balance, usage, and outage status — no need to close and reopen the app. This makes it easier to get the most up-to-date information when you need it most.
