Just moved here and created an account w/ EPB online then downloaded the app. It works fine for me, I'm able to log in, see my current usage, etc... but there's no way to pay my bill online with it. I guess I'm used to my old electric cooperative in another state that had an app that did everything this one does, but I had the ability to pay my bill too so that's why I knocked off two stars on this one. Isn't the purpose of an app to make things simpler and not having to log in online?

I will re-do this review when the issue is resolved, but right now when I'm trying to log in, I just keep getting the message, "EPB is currently experiencing server problems. Please try again later." I just moved in and don't have internet yet, so with my prepay for electric, I definitely want the ability to see where my use is via the app. Thanks!

When I attempt to register to the app, which I've downloaded, it keeps putting up a "we can't find the page your looking for" 404 error message..not very promising as to convenience! While talking to a live rep about it I was cut off! Are you kidding me?!
