every time when I'm trying to connect my e-bike with this app it will say the Bluetooth is connected but when you open the apps the apps is not connecting it's not opening it keep telling you devise not find that's a headache you can't change your speed nothing even my speed for my bike supposed to be 32 right now I can't change it is stuck on 18 I want to go fast but I can't change nothing y'all need to upgrade this app please

Got an account and the app worked for a short time, but now won't connect at all. App launches, finds my ebike, bluetooth symbol comes on, but then "Product of mode not found" and nothing more. Totally useless like most TST support.

For Android, this app is not good. I got an account, was able to unlock class 3, and that was it. I can see other icons i can tap on, but the configuration of the app on my screen makes it so that I can't actually tap on them. they covered up by my phone's top and bottom function bars.
