Just brought HY-B17 Followed instructions to pair app to scooter nothing. Reset too and still nothing. I feel like this will not connect to the app. Whats going on here guys? Support sends me a video of them definitely using different version of the app connecting to different model. Guys it still doesn't work.

The app itself doesn't work at all. Claims to have Bluetooth but never connects and I have used 3 different phones.

You guys were probably having the same issue I had.. the app doesn't work with androids, I had good results with Orbital Sports SISIGAD app It's more compatible with androids.
