Difficult to update Information! you can't update your address and if you forgot or updated your password, you will need to call tech support; so you can log in again. Really hard to find a referral letter and even the tech support department doesn't know how looks the app for the customer, so they just guided me for two steps and transferred me to costumer service. I felt like guided by a person that is blinded like me in terms of the functionality of the app.

The app and features are comprehensive, clear-cut and user friendly. The internal communication process is thorough, at times lacking. There is no ability to forward inquiries/msgs or reference them. Not a show stopper, I am pleased with the app.

I use to be able to log in with my biometrics. All of a sudden the biometric feature does not work. For some reason when I try to scan my biometric, the app keeps giving me an error message. I tried troubleshooting through my Samsung pass,but the app is not there. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it and still get the same error message.
