I find this app to be less user friendly for home charging than what I originally had with charger. I don't like not being able to estimate cost with time of day. also, when charging and it hits end of charging window while not finished it often triggers a fault that requires full reboot (circuit breaker reset). That's a big problem if I don't notice the fault and return to an uncharged car. update: once again need to reset with shutting off the circuit breaker.

Hi Bill, thank you for the feedback! We'll pass your cost estimation suggestion to our dev team. Regarding the charging window fault — this may be hardware-related, which is outside our control as a SW provider. Please reach out to support@epiccharging.com with your charger details so we can help!

I was recently forced to switch to this app for my home charger. The user interface is barebones and missing features you would expect in a charger app . Notably, there's no ability to change or reset your password. There's an option to allow notifications but the category of notifications is unknown and so far I've gotten no notifications. Specifically, I'd like to know when my cars start/complete/stop charging. Also, no ability to store car info/distinguish between data for multiple cars.

Charging app has features like load management which is helpful for layouts where a breaker is shared. Additionally has good support for fleets
